People Advisor

• Managing a variety of employee relations cases through to completion
• Recording case updates on HR system and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
• Upskill and coach People Managers on managing employee relations cases
• Develop and deliver training to People Managers
• Advise on relevant policies and processes
• Managing recruitment campaigns from advert through to appointment and on-boarding
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Activate Group
• Input into policy/process reviews and updates
• Support People Operations Team with a variety of HR queries
• Support on a range of projects to improve the team member experience
• Provide advice to People Managers on non-complex health and safety queries
• Act as an ambassador for the Group Values

• Experience of managing a high-volume employee relations caseload within an HR shared service model
• Experience of managing recruitment campaigns
• Strong attention to detail with first class written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of UK employment law, relevant legislation and employee relations best practice
• CIPD Level 5 qualified/working towards (or equivalent experience)
