  • Has demonstrable experience in an HR/People Advisory role and acted as a partner within the business
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and a growing, changing environment
  • Builds strong, trusting relationships naturally and consistently demonstrates a clear understanding of the importance of effective stakeholder management
  • Handles sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Is curious, reflective, and motivated to keep developing
  • Wants to grow with a business
