Job Description

Support on a wide range of matters across Payroll, Systems, Recruitment and more in a sizable organisation. Join our highly motivated Woolworths People Advisory team in Eight Mile Plains (Brisbane) or Gepps Cross (Adelaide), providing service excellence in a contact centre environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide expert advice and support on payroll, benefits, and HR systems to Woolworths Team Members and Line Managers
  • Efficiently and accurately manage HR queries, ensuring the timely resolution of cases while delivering high-quality advice
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal policy and external legislation/trends to ensure accurate, high-quality advice
  • Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities for the overall service and the organisation to enhance customer self-service knowledge
  • Optimise People Advisory processes and reporting by accurately utilizing HRIS, Call, and Case Management tools in line with service protocols
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by efficiently evaluating, closing, and/or escalating queries and advice
  • Maintain data integrity for employee information across HRIS and case management systems

Requirements

  • Sound stakeholder and service skills through both verbal and written communications
  • Strong computer literacy and the proven ability to manage work efficiently across multiple systems
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with a proactive approach to embracing new processes and change
  • The ability to ask probing questions to ensure correct advice is delivered in every interaction
  • A strong risk lens to protect team member privacy, and a willingness to quickly apply feedback
