We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable People Advisor to join our People team on a fixed term contract. Initially for 3 months with potential for this to be extended. You'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment. With a strong focus on providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to managers and employees, you will also deliver seamless administrative support to ensure the efficiency of HR operations. Your contributions will include driving process improvements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting learning and development activities.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact for ER matters, providing timely, empathetic, and accurate advice to managers and employees
Partner with managers to create a supportive, solutions-focused approach to employee relations challenges
Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of ER activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Support the coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives, ensuring seamless organisation and communication
Use data and insights to identify trends, proactively addressing areas for improvement in workplace culture and practices.
Requirements:
Immediate availability and solid experience handling stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
A confident communicator who can advise managers and build credibility quickly
A team player who’s comfortable juggling operational tasks with project-based support
Ideally, you'll be CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience in a similar HR or People Advisor role.
