Job Responsibility:
Providing practical, people‑focused HR advice to managers and teams ensuring our culture and purpose underpin all decisions and interactions
Supporting employee relations matters in a fair, human and balanced way
Guiding teams through change, growth and integration following acquisitions
Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted go‑to advisor across the business
Translating HR policies and processes into clear, approachable guidance that works in the real world
Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusive ways of working
Helping shape and develop people processes as the organisation continues to grow
Requirements:
Has demonstrable experience in an HR/People Advisory role and acted as a partner within the business
Is comfortable with ambiguity and a growing, changing environment
Builds strong, trusting relationships naturally and consistently demonstrates a clear understanding of the importance of effective stakeholder management
Handles sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
Is curious, reflective, and motivated to keep developing
Wants to grow with a business
What we offer:
