Job Responsibility:
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish
Prepare contracts, offer letters and employee documentation
Maintain accurate HR systems and employee records
Manage the People Team inbox, providing timely and supportive responses
Offer first‑line guidance on HR policies and processes
Support employee relations activities, including minute‑taking
Build strong relationships across both Head Office and Retail teams
Maintain accurate HR data across all platforms
Collate People metrics and identify trends to support decision‑making
Assist with compliance requirements and documentation updates
Contribute to a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment process
Track recruitment activity and maintain clear reporting
Help ensure an excellent candidate experience
Support People‑focused projects across wellbeing, engagement, systems, and processes
Suggest improvements and contribute to enhancing team efficiency
