Job Description

Temporary People Administrator role in Creative/Tech industry supporting global team across EMEA, APAC, and North America. Role involves managing People systems and processes, contributing to HRIS implementation project, and ensuring outstanding customer-first service in a dynamic creative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Be the first point of contact for all general People queries from the global team
  • Manage the People Inbox
  • Keep People systems (Hi Bob, UKG, Confluence, Culture Amp) updated
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance
  • Own processes related to payroll, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Process new starter paperwork
  • Create essential documents throughout employee lifecycle including employment contracts and leave documentation
  • Ensure right to work process is followed and maintain accurate visa records
  • Manage benefit memberships for new starters and employee changes
  • Liaise with benefit brokers
  • Support annual compensation and benefit reviews across locations
  • Monitor and manage employee time off requests
  • Own optimisation of Bob HRIS system

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a high-volume administrative role
  • Ideally using Hi Bob
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Thrive in a collaborative, ambitious, and projects-focused environment
  • Passionate about systems, processes, and People Operations
  • High regard for accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proactive in solving problems and delivering tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel
