Job Description

Temporary People Administrator role in the creative/tech industry supporting people in a dynamic environment. The role involves being the first point of contact for all general People queries from the global team spanning EMEA, APAC, and North America, and contributing to the high-priority project of embedding the new HRIS system Bob.

Job Responsibility

  • Be the first point of contact for all general People queries from the global team
  • Respond to general People queries in a timely and friendly manner while managing the People Inbox
  • Keep People systems (Hi Bob, UKG, Confluence, Culture Amp) updated
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR
  • Own processes related to payroll, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Ensure new starter paperwork is processed smoothly
  • Create essential documents throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure the right to work process is followed and maintain accurate records of visa statuses
  • Manage benefit memberships for new starters and employee changes while liaising with brokers
  • Contribute to annual compensation and benefit reviews across various locations
  • Monitor and manage employee time off requests
  • Own the optimisation of Bob HRIS, identifying pain points and implementing streamlined processes

  • Experience using Hi Bob HRIS
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Thrive in a collaborative, ambitious, and projects-focused environment
  • Passionate about systems, processes, and People Operations
  • High regard for accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive People data
  • Proactive in solving problems and delivering tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel

  • To manage all internal administrative processes for the People team to include: new starters/onboarding, pre-employment checks, maternity, paternity, leavers/offboarding, absence, recruitment, reporting and the preparation of necessary HR documents and correspondence
  • To be the first point of contact for all HR and payroll queries. Responding to all queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner in accordance with agreed SLA’s. Providing general HR advice and guidance on HR processes and recognising when to escalate issues to other members of the People Team
  • Maintain the HR system ensuring all employee data and information is captured, up to date and accurate and workflow tasks are actioned in an efficient manner
  • Support payroll administration, looking into and resolving employee queries, working to payroll cut-offs and keeping track of payroll amendments
  • Support recruitment administration, including CV sifting, conducting telephone interviews, liaising with People Managers and candidates and making offers of employment
  • Create and automate reports to provide insightful data to the People Team and the wider business
  • Ensure the HR administrative processes are effective and efficient, providing recommendations and working with the People Operations Team Leader to implement improvements where necessary
  • Provide any other ad-hoc support to the People Team including supporting on group wide HR projects as required
