We're seeking a detail-driven and people-focused People Administrator to join our HR team on a temporary, part-time basis. Job Responsibility:
Updating and maintaining employee records and HR systems
Processing holiday forms, inputting the data into the system, scanning and filing the holiday forms
Administrative support of checking, completing, updating and maintaining company systems and trackers
Assisting with letter or email invites to meetings or disciplinaries
Responding to employee queries
Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
Requirements:
Experienced in HR administration or a similar support role
Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail
Comfortable using HR software and Microsoft Office
Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
