Job Responsibility

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the probation process in collaboration with departmental managers
Partner with an external HR consultancy to develop and implement HR policies
Provide support, guidance, and information on HR policies to both managers and staff
Manage payroll input alongside the Finance Director and external payroll bureau
Facilitate the appraisal process to identify learning and development needs
Handle day-to-day HR administration and maintain GDPR compliance for HR data
Ensure compliance with the Pension Regulator regarding the auto enrolment pension scheme
Provide confidential administrative support to the Managing Director
Prepare correspondence, monthly reports, and meeting agendas/minutes for various committees
Manage office supplies, catering for meetings, and travel arrangements for senior visitors
