This is an opportunity for an individual with strong communication and project-management skills, and some financial background, to join an exciting growth area of the UK economy. The role is with a high-quality, nurturing employer. Applicants must be highly numerate, and require some exposure to financial services, but previous pensions experience is not necessary.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate complex projects across diverse stakeholders
  • Onboard clients while delivering superb client management
  • Manage data and operational due diligence
  • Oversee shadow administration (e.g. buy-in payroll, member option validation)
  • Manage data flows, controls, cleanses, and true-ups

Requirements

  • An understanding of defined benefit pensions, or an eagerness to learn
  • Experience reviewing documentation to extracting relevant information
  • Comfortable performing and reviewing calculations using proforma spreadsheets
  • Desire to undertake professional training
  • Financial background or numerically literate
