Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pensions Administrator to join their De-risking and Endgame Solutions (DES) team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the pensions sector to contribute to meaningful work as part of a friendly team.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining membership records on the administration system
  • Calculating benefits for members
  • i.e. leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths
  • Setting up new members on the administration system
  • Dealing with general queries from members, the employer and the trustees by telephone, email and letter
  • Assisting in the preparation of the annual benefit statements

Requirements

  • Familiarity with DB Pension Schemes is essential
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Solutions-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Studying towards or completed relevant professional qualifications is desirable
