Star Actuarial, on behalf of a major consultancy, is seeking a part-qualified pensions actuary to come in an hit the ground running! In this exciting and diverse career opportunity, you will provide strategic planning and risk management advice to a range of clients, with a view to them achieving self-sufficiency or buy-out/endgame options. Job Responsibility:

Provide strategic planning and risk management advice to a range of clients
Deliver strategic funding advice to sponsors
Advise on compliance with the DB funding code
Assist clients with pension due diligence on mergers and acquisitions
Assist with benefit change, benefit design and implementation

Requirements:

Part-qualified pensions actuary
Knowledge of DB pension scheme valuations
Understanding of the wider UK pensions landscape
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Career ambition
