Joining this nimble business, you will develop a portfolio of pension scheme trusteeships, taking day-to-day responsibility for the schemes in your portfolio. You will also work with colleagues on schemes where there are multiple trustees, e.g., acting on a corporate sole trustee appointment or as chair (or co-trustee) on sub-committees/working parties where you are able to act as subject matter expert. In addition, you will play a key role in growing and marketing the pension trustee business, securing new client opportunities from your own personal network and maintaining and developing external relationships to support expansion. With strong experience of all types of occupational pension schemes as well as knowledge of the overall market, the successful candidate will be confident working at Board level and leading Board meetings. You will also possess strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills, embracing new ideas and collaborative initiatives and focusing on client care.
