Job Description

Successful client located outside of the Philadelphia Suburbs seeks a tech savvy Pension Analyst with 401K analysis experience and strong understanding of pension laws.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and prepare audit pension plans
  • Engage with clients on establishing pension planning
  • Provide guidance on investment options
  • Maintain client records
  • Review fund activities
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Keep abreast on trends and changes in pension regulations and compliance
  • Develop efficient programs while proving cost effective suggestions to keep within budget
  • Organize and maintain client files
  • Prepare pension planning recommendations
  • Assist clients with pension options
  • Monitor and review client tax returns, loans & financial statements
  • Stay abreast of pension trends, regulations and compliance
  • Implement communication strategies
  • Provide pension documentation where needed
  • Generate pension planning recommendations
  • Prepare internal and external reporting
  • Maintain updates on new laws, trends and developments
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Economics
  • 2+ years pension/401K analysis experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel
  • Strong technology skills
