Job Responsibility

Performs all field functions related to the start-up and operation of all process and packaging equipment
Clean mills/maintain mills
Set Rolls
Once mills are started watch and listen for unusual sights (smoke, steam etc.) and sounds (loud rumble etc.)
Check pellets at the mills and coolers for length, color and durability
Keep mill & cooler area clean
Clean bagging system
Start bagger with correct bags
Change date stamp
Startup palletizer, robot, and wrapper
