Job Description:

Senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to complex design projects with expert Pega7/Pega8/Pega24 knowledge
Design and develop end-to-end Pega applications leveraging Pega Rules Process Commander(PRPC), Cosmos, and Constellation design systems
Collaborate with business architects, User Experience (UX) designers, and developers to translate requirements into user-centric designs
Build and configure case types, data models, process flows, decision rules, and UI components
Design responsive and accessible user interfaces using sections, harnesses, layouts, and dynamic containers
Implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other connectors
Apply human-centered design principles through wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing
Ensure performance, maintainability, and reusability through modular rule design
Troubleshoot and resolve User Interface (UI), workflow, and integration issues
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Mentor and collaborate across teams
Manage technical implementation tasks to ensure work is delivered on-time and on-budget

Requirements:

6+ years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis role
Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification and/or PEGA LSA (Lead System Architect) certification
Knowledge on Pega Smart Investigate/ Customer Service/ Dispute frameworks
Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor's/University degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Experience with Pega7/Pega8/Pega24 versions
Working knowledge on Pega Chat
Exposure to Constellation UI migration
SQL, HTML, and JavaScript experience is preferred
Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and Web technologies experience
Performance monitoring and tuning experience

Nice to have:

Domain knowledge of banking is preferred
SQL, HTML, and JavaScript experience is preferred
Master's degree preferred
