Job Description:

We are seeking a PEGA Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our IT Operations Engineering team in Pune. This role involves providing technical expertise and consultancy for PEGA applications and integration layers, ensuring operational excellence and proactive issue resolution. You will play a key role in maintaining system health, supporting change management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a technical SME for PEGA Marketing and integration systems
  • Resolve escalated queries from Customer Support within SLA to minimise customer impact
  • Participate in second-line support on-call rotation
  • Represent planned changes for PEGA systems and ensure smooth implementation
  • Own key PEGA systems, scheduling maintenance and health checks
  • Collaborate with incident managers for quick resolution and accurate reporting
  • Work with problem managers on root cause analysis and preventive measures
  • Document incidents and issues in the knowledge base for future reference
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) and work proactively in multicultural teams

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in PEGA Marketing/PRPC
  • Proficient in Unix-based operating systems and SQL
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Others)
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in European work environments is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of clear communication
