We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Pega Lead Decisioning Architect. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing processes, and maintaining documentation for Pega Decisioning solutions. Candidates should possess expertise in Pega applications, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in business analysis methodologies.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document functional and non-functional requirements for Pega Decisioning applications
conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights and understand business processes, particularly in decisioning scenarios
analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, specifically focusing on decision-making processes
work with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Pega Decisioning solutions
participate in the design and review of Pega Decisioning solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and decision strategies
assist in creating test plans and scenarios to validate that the implemented decisioning solutions meet business needs
serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project status related to decisioning initiatives
facilitate meetings, presentations, and training sessions to engage stakeholders and promote understanding of Pega Decisioning solutions
maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, design decisions, and business processes related to decisioning
create user manuals and training materials to support end-users in effectively utilizing Pega Decisioning applications
monitor application performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements in decisioning capabilities
stay updated on Pega platform capabilities, particularly in decisioning and analytics, as well as industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Pega applications and decisioning
strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities, particularly Pega Decisioning, BPM, and CRM
experience as a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA) is highly desirable
proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools, with a focus on decisioning analysis
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail, particularly in decision-making processes
familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile teams is a plus.
