Job Responsibility:
Assist in the design and development of Pega applications
Configure case management, user interfaces, decision rules, and workflows
Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting applications
Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Maintain clear and organized documentation for solutions and processes
Learn and apply Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Stem field
Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform or other BPM solutions
Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java or similar), SQL, and database concepts
Experience in designing and developing user interfaces (UI), configuring flows, creating Data Pages, and implementing reporting solutions
Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Pega CSA (Certified System Architect v8 or Higher) certification
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
