Pega Developer

• Contribute to complex design projects and has expert Pega8/Pega24 knowledge based on in-depth experience and history of successful projects on Pega Customer Service Applications
• Manage technical implementation tasks to ensure work is delivered on-time
• Use Pega8/Pega24 architecture, security model, and service interfaces to build effective software solution
• Ensures that systems are built for change, are reusable, and are maintainable
• Development support and design consultation for development activities
• Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project life cycle
• Performance monitoring, tuning and optimization
• Interaction with the Production Support and Development Teams (Citi and Vendor) to deliver end-user support, defect resolution, etc., To include emergency off-hours support
• Interaction with partner development, testing, and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• More than 4 years of experience with Pega7/Pega8/Pega24 versions
• Domain knowledge of banking is preferable
• SQL, HTML, and JavaScript experience a plus
• RDBMS and Web technologies experience
• Performance monitoring and tuning experience
• CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification and/or PEGA LSA (Lead System Architect) certification
• Knowledge on Pega Smart Investigate/ Customer Service/ Dispute frameworks
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role, related to Pega
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
