We are looking for a skilled Pega Decisioning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing decisioning solutions using the Pega Decisioning platform. Your primary focus will be on analysing business requirements, designing decision strategies, configuring decision rules, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Job Responsibility
Lead and own the implementation of decisioning logic enhancement roadmap to generate increasing business value
Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic
Identify and address data quality issues, minimizing errors and ensuring the reliability of analytical findings
Ensuring version control and alignment throughout deployment planning to effectively manage deployment and release processes
Actively engage in business meetings, analyze business requests, and transform them into technical implementations within the Pega framework, contributing to effective communication and alignment between business needs and business logic implementation
Requirements
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or data-related field
Experience working with Pega or another Marketing Automation tool and in leading design, elaboration and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, propensities, Customer interaction history, Profiles and Journeys
Experience in evaluating impact of change requests to logic and updates the design document as necessary
Good knowledge of the development process, from analyses to design, build, test and deployment
Effective collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective decisioning strategies
