10 years of hands on experience in PEGA PRPC architecture, design and development
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skill
E2E experience with Infinity (ver 24.1 or above) required
Pega certification CLSA preferred (minimum CSSA mandatory)
Hands on experience in PDM
Preferred hand on experience on Customer Service, Smart Investigate / Smart Dispute frameworks
Lead end to end design and architecture of PEGA applications across multiple business units
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and Technology leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions
