Become a Peer Mentor at Royal Holloway. Want to help new students feel welcome and confident at university? Looking for paid work that builds your skills and makes a real difference? We’re recruiting Peer Mentors to support first-year students during their transition to life at Royal Holloway, University of London. This is your chance to give back and shape the student experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Meet regularly with a small group of new students
  • Share your experience and help them settle in
  • Signpost to academic and wellbeing support

Requirements:

  • Must be a Royal Holloway student in 2026–27
  • Able to attend training and mentoring sessions in Terms 1 and 2
