Job Responsibility:
Recruit, train and support women with experience of the criminal justice system and substance misuse needs, to become peer mentors
Maintain case management system to ensure accurate and timely data recording
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, such as substance misuse services, lived experience groups and networks
Work with colleagues to create opportunities for peer mentors to support women impacted by the criminal justice system and substance misuse issues.
