Peer Mentor Lead

• Recruit, train and support women with experience of the criminal justice system and substance misuse needs, to become peer mentors
• Maintain case management system to ensure accurate and timely data recording
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, such as substance misuse services, lived experience groups and networks
• Work with colleagues to create opportunities for peer mentors to support women impacted by the criminal justice system and substance misuse issues.

• Annual leave: 30 days plus statutory bank holidays (if full time). All WIP staff also receive an additional 3 days leave between Christmas and New Year
