Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with AI developers to provide clinical insights and validate pediatric healthcare data
Review, annotate, and enrich pediatric medical cases, records, and protocols for machine learning purposes
Utilize your expertise to identify and correct potential errors or biases in AI-generated outputs
Support the creation of clinical guidelines and educational content for AI model enhancement
Offer detailed feedback to improve the AI's ability to diagnose, treat, and advise on pediatric conditions and preventive care
Participate in virtual workshops and brainstorming sessions to optimize AI training methodologies
Act as a clinical liaison, helping bridge pediatric medicine and technology development
Requirements:
Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician (MD or DO) with current licensure
Comprehensive experience diagnosing, treating, and managing pediatric patients across various settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for detail and clarity
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and integrating new technologies into care delivery
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and familiarity with digital health tools
Ability to review, annotate, and synthesize complex clinical information for a technical audience
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-disciplinary team
