Job Description

Reporting to the Speech Pathology Supervisor, you’ll provide engaging, pediatric-based speech, language, feeding, and swallowing evaluations and treatments for children ages 0–18. You’ll work closely with families to help little voices grow stronger and more confident, one word at a time. Job Responsibility

  • Provide outpatient speech, language, feeding, and swallowing services for children with developmental, neurological, or medically based communication needs
  • Partner with families and caregivers to create personalized, playful, and effective therapy plans
  • Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary pediatric team that celebrates every small success
  • Bring creativity, compassion, and expertise to every session!

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology (required)
  • 2–3 years of pediatric experience strongly preferred—especially with feeding/swallowing or autism
  • Current MA Speech Therapy License and CCC from ASHA required
  • BLS certification (can be obtained within 4 months of hire)
  • A warm, professional, and collaborative approach with children and families
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to each child’s needs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to Service Excellence and a love for making therapy fun!
  • Comfortable with technology and maintaining confidentiality

Nice to have

2–3 years of pediatric experience strongly preferred—especially with feeding/swallowing or autism
