Job Description

Pediatric RN – Home Health Visits (Company Car Provided). CareGivers America (a Modivcare company) is hiring a Pediatric RN to conduct scheduled home visits and oversee care for pediatric patients across Schuylkill, Berks, and Carbon counties. This is NOT a shift-based or private duty role. You will visit patients—not stay for full shifts—while caregivers or LPNs provide ongoing care.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct scheduled supervisory and assessment visits in patient homes
  • Oversee care provided by caregivers and LPNs
  • Update care plans and ensure quality standards
  • Schedule your visits across the week within your assigned counties
  • Travel locally as part of your regular workday

Requirements

  • Active PA RN license
  • 1+ year nursing experience preferred
  • Pediatric or home health experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • CPR certification
