Job Description:

Wolfson Children's Hospital is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehab Team. This is a Part-Time position located at Wolfson Children's South Rehab Clinic in the Mandarin area. Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment for patients
  • Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability
  • Oversee students and Rehab Technicians as needed
  • Participates in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities
  • Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines
  • Participates in mandatory education and licensure requirements
  • Develop skills needed to evaluate and prescribe custom pediatric wheelchairs and equipment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Licensure from the FL Department of Health
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Required
  • 1 or more years of outpatient pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
  • Experience in Neuro
  • Orthopedics

Nice to have:

Master's Degree
