Job Description

Wolfson Children's Hospital is hiring a Physical Therapist to our Pediatric Outpatient Rehab Team at Wolfson Children's Hospital Mandarin. This is a part-time opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. Shift Schedule: Part-Time, day shift. We are looking to hire an experienced Physical Therapist to our team. This part-time position will work with an pediatric caseload at our Outpatient Clinic. Prior outpatient pediatric physical therapy experience is preferred.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients
  • Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability
  • Oversee support staff
  • Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities
  • Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines
  • Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy Required
  • Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
