Job Description:

Wolfson Children's Hospital is currently looking to add a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Team in Lake City, FL. This is a full-time opportunity at Wolfson Children's Center - Lake City (Columbia County) location. The Occupational Therapist will support the Wolfson Children's Hospital Rehab team by working with patients under the age of 18 with a varried caseload.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluates and treats patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses
  • Extensive patient/family education
  • Works with multidisciplinary team care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Licensure from the FL Department of Health
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Previous neuro, ortho and outpatient patient experience
