Practice Environment: Outpatient pediatrics with patient volumes averaging 15–18 visits per day; A mix of independent practice and closely connected teamwork; Supportive leadership and a long‑standing history of provider stability.

Requirements:
NP or PA with strong interest in pediatrics
2–3 years of experience preferred
New graduates with pediatric exposure are encouraged to apply

Physician Assistant (PA): Completion of an ARC‑PA–accredited (or pre‑2001 CAAHEP) program
Current NCCPA certification required
Nurse Practitioner (NP): Master’s, post‑master’s, or doctorate from a CCNE or ACEN‑accredited program
Current ANCC or equivalent national certification required
