Job Description:

This full‑time (1.0 FTE), exempt, Monday–Friday role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of children and families in a warm, community‑centered environment. As part of our pediatric team, you’ll help expand access to primary and preventive services while building trusted relationships through high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Practice Environment: Outpatient pediatrics with patient volumes averaging 15–18 visits per day; A mix of independent practice and closely connected teamwork; Supportive leadership and a long‑standing history of provider stability.

Requirements:

  • NP or PA with strong interest in pediatrics
  • 2–3 years of experience preferred
  • New graduates with pediatric exposure are encouraged to apply
  • Commitment to compassionate, family‑centered care
  • Ability to provide care independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
  • Physician Assistant (PA): Completion of an ARC‑PA–accredited (or pre‑2001 CAAHEP) program
  • Current NCCPA certification required
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP): Master’s, post‑master’s, or doctorate from a CCNE or ACEN‑accredited program
  • Current ANCC or equivalent national certification required
  • Pediatric certification preferred
