Job Description:

Join Hazel Health as a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to provide accessible mental health services to children and families remotely, making a significant impact on the lives of youth in school and at home. Provide quality mental health care to students within our partner school districts. Interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students nationwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide teletherapy to children and families
  • Conduct evidence-based interventions
  • Complete clinical documentation
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Hazel Health platform to children ages 0-17 years old, parents, and families
  • Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
  • Complete clinical documentation using the Hazel Health platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
  • Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting

Requirements:

  • Masters level therapists independently licensed in Missouri
  • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
  • Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care
  • Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families
