Job Responsibility

Assist the Fellowship Program Director by providing on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects for the Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship program
Assure compliance with ACGME standards and serve as liaision with ACGME
Manage the quality improvement plan including attending regular meetings and review of medical records
Supervise staff, provide feedback, and assure provision of high-quality care
Review the provider schedule and ensure adequate staffing
Actively participate in the recruitment and retention of qualified physicians and support staff
Serve as liaison between hospital administration and clinical staff and provide regular feedback to IES leadership
