Job Responsibility

Register, collect payments, room, assist provider with care and treatment, discharge, and follow-up with patients
companion patients and secondary guests through the entire experience to maximize clinical excellence, reduce treatment times, and maximize patient experience
assist provider with front office and back office duties in outpatient management of patients on a rotating basis
act as patient advocate
behave professionally and empathetically to build trust, comfort, understanding, and relationships with patients and secondary guests
welcome patient and secondary guests, inquire purpose and nature of visit
collect identification and payor related documentation, conduct patient registration, perform point of service collection
measure and collect patient data including temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, respirations, blood pressure, height, weight, and in indicated pediatric patients length and head circumference
conduct hearing and vision screenings
