One of our partner schools in the Wirral is looking for a motivated PE Teacher to step in and lead their students to success. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan and prepare engaging activities that cater to all abilities
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe learning environment
  • Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs and fixtures
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain sports equipment and ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Collaborate with the department to enhance the physical education curriculum

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification
  • Proven experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of all fitness levels
  • A current Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
