Qualified Teachers Status
Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum

Establish and maintain trusted client relationships, ensuring open communication and continuous feedback
Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the region
Deliver complete, accurate, and code-compliant substation design packages
Conduct field walkdowns and assist with site-related design tasks as needed
Review drawings and calculations for technical accuracy and consistency
Implement internal standards, tools, and processes refined through years of successful project delivery
