Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated PDI Technician to join our team at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South, working from our offsite preparation facility in Langar, Nottingham. As a PDI Technician, you’ll play a vital part in delivering the exceptional customer experience we pride ourselves on—built on trust, transparency, and high‑quality workmanship.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out pre‑delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles
  • Ensure all work meets the highest standards and adheres to manufacturer guidelines
  • Work efficiently within agreed timeframes while maintaining excellent productivity
  • Uphold our commitment to first‑time fixes and outstanding customer service

Requirements:

  • A relevant Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • An MOT licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Your own tools
  • A full UK driving licence
