Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles (light vehicle or HGV)
Experience in vehicle inspection or specialist vehicle assembly is desirable
Understanding of hydraulic systems and quality assurance processes
Able to work to set deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Team player with a “can do” attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Mechanical qualifications, HGV licence, or tachograph training are a bonus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Driving licence and flexibility for overtime are desirable

Job Responsibility

Carry out in-process quality audits, including torque settings and hydraulic pressure checks
Systematically test each vehicle in line with inspection procedures
Confirm compliance with customer specifications before vehicles are passed to sales
Record build standard criteria and faults systematically for analysis
Promote constructive dialogue with manufacturing teams to implement quality standards
Support continuous improvement through data collection and feedback

Job Responsibility

Product Retrieval and Quarantine: Track, ensure timely completion, and file post-donation information (PDI) reports
Initiate PDI reports when necessary
Perform active product retrievals and consignee notifications
Complete and submit Biological Product Deviation (BPD) reports to the FDA
Provide additional support as directed
Deviation Management System: Distribute event reports to appropriate departments for investigation and completion
Track, ensure timely completion, and file event reports
Prepare information for and attend scheduled event review meetings
Participate in root cause analysis planning sessions as needed
Initiate event management processes and BPD reports when required
