We are looking for a skilled PDF Remediator to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will focus on improving user experiences by creating accessible and user-friendly document designs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in UX/UI design and expertise in tools like Figma and Adobe XD.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and remediate PDF documents to ensure compliance with accessibility standards
  • Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly document layouts
  • Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to design and enhance user interfaces
  • Conduct usability analyses and recommend improvements to optimize user experience
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and workflows
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and user accessibility requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate designs effectively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document usability and accessibility
  • Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a focus on document accessibility

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and mentoring, and support career development pathways
