Job Responsibility:

  • Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice
  • Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care
  • Working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team
  • Driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Independent prescribing qualification
  • Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role
