Job Description

As the PC&L Manager on our team, you will optimize raw material procurement and production scheduling in SAP.

Job Responsibility

  • Production Scheduling: Efficiently schedule production using appropriate SAP transactions. Manage delivery routes correctly and according to schedules
  • Inventory Control: Meet inventory goals by analyzing customer requirements and using SAP software, as well as using timely signals to our suppliers to meet objectives without jeopardizing production
  • Personnel Management: Manage and efficiently train staff to meet established objectives
  • Safety Focus: Meet safety objectives by applying accident prevention techniques
  • Comply with Budget: Achieve budget objectives through the effective management of assigned resources
  • Implement Improvement Projects: Implement improvement and cost reduction projects through CIIM (Inventory Management), in all matters related to Production, Inventory (Excess), Part Number Changes (Material), etc.
  • Any other work activity related to your position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or related
  • 5-10 years of experience in PC&L
  • Experience in the automotive industry (required)
  • Advanced English level
  • Personal management
  • MS Office

Nice to have

APICS certification (preferred)
