As the PC&L Manager on our team, you will optimize raw material procurement and production scheduling in SAP.
Job Responsibility
Production Scheduling: Efficiently schedule production using appropriate SAP transactions. Manage delivery routes correctly and according to schedules
Inventory Control: Meet inventory goals by analyzing customer requirements and using SAP software, as well as using timely signals to our suppliers to meet objectives without jeopardizing production
Personnel Management: Manage and efficiently train staff to meet established objectives
Safety Focus: Meet safety objectives by applying accident prevention techniques
Comply with Budget: Achieve budget objectives through the effective management of assigned resources
Implement Improvement Projects: Implement improvement and cost reduction projects through CIIM (Inventory Management), in all matters related to Production, Inventory (Excess), Part Number Changes (Material), etc.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or related
5-10 years of experience in PC&L
Experience in the automotive industry (required)
Advanced English level
Personal management
MS Office
Nice to have
APICS certification (preferred)
