The PC&L Master Data Analyst is a critical position within the PC&L Organization, responsible for the timely and correct Master Data maintenance in all relevant Systems (for instance, SAP ERP) and Information Flow from initiation through the product life cycle, as well as identify and analyzing Master Data quality issues, ensuring overall master data cleanliness according to defined standards, and proper process execution and adherence.
Job Responsibility:
Focus area: PTP (Supplier MD), DTS (Material MD), OTC (Customer MD) – depending on business needs
Responsible for creating, changing, maintaining, and managing Master Data, PO, SA, and Information in relevant Systems (for instance, SAP ERP) based on PLM input, NPI, site PC&L dept. requests, Buy Sheet, Frame Contract, etc., according to standards, needs, and the field's responsibility matrix
Ensure the effective cross-functional communication with Central Teams (Sales Backoffice, GBS Contract Admin, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management) and the Plant PC&L Teams, and support in such areas as Master Data, PO, SA creation/maintenance/error solving
Monitor all relevant Systems daily for new Master Data, PO, SA as well for Master Data, PO, SA changes and perform required actions to do proper set up
Analyze and identify Master Data quality issues, generate and analyze reports, and provide recommendations according to defined standards
Participate in the design and implementation of the Process Changes and PC&L Global Process Framework
Participate in the PC&L Key User community as necessary
Maintain Process KPIs and Process Performance Scorecard
Monitor ticket dashboard daily and respond to requests, ensure that ticket prioritization is followed and tickets are resolved according to severity levels
Communicate, escalate, and track issues that have potential Aptiv, Supplier or Customer impact
Support the execution of the main transformation projects, in line with leadership prioritization, functional and business responsibility/scope
Support troubleshooting of data problems with cross-functional teams
Support Master Data, PO, SA standards definition, work instructions, templates maintenance and alignment to standards
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Business Management, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other relevant area
Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
4+ years of Experience in Supply Chain and respective business areas in a fast paced technology and/or automotive industry
Good knowledge of the English language
Analytical mindset, strongly process driven and used to view the performance through “process and people” angle
Good working knowledge of SAP ERP and integration with other systems
Good working knowledge of MS office and integration with other systems
Good decision making skills, analytical skills and organization skills
Nice to have:
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
Basic knowledge of Six Sigma principles and tools
