We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Beauty and Ecommerce Channel Assistant Manager to join our Personal Care Philippines team. The successful candidate will be in charge of driving total Personal Care growth in the Beauty and Ecommerce Channel, as well as leading beauty and ecommerce-heavy innovations in Personal Care. This role demands a strong blend of commercial acumen, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to accelerate channel growth and ensure flawless execution of innovations
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute channel strategies to drive exponential growth for Personal Care in Beauty and Ecommerce platforms
Lead the end-to-end execution of beauty and ecommerce-heavy innovations in Personal Care
Ensure promo and innovation stock sufficiency by closely coordinating with supply chain, demand planning, and commercial teams
Plan and execute high-impact channel activations, mega-day campaigns, live-selling strategies, and seasonal promotions
Partner with marketing, supply chain, and customer development teams to align channel plans with overall business objectives
Track and analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in trade marketing or commercial operations—preferably in FMCG
Proven track record of driving channel growth and managing innovation launches in beauty or e-commerce environments
Experience working with major beauty retailers (e.g., Watsons) and/or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
