Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroller to join our client's team within the Manufacturing Industry for a 6-week temporary assignment. The role involves processing payroll for approximately 380 employees and requires expertise in payroll systems, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process payroll for around 380 employees
Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies
Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in using the IRIS payroll system
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Good communication skills and a team player attitude
