Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroller to join our client's team within the Manufacturing Industry for a 6-week temporary assignment. The role involves processing payroll for approximately 380 employees and requires expertise in payroll systems, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately process payroll for around 380 employees
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in using the IRIS payroll system
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude
