Client is forming a project team to work on a spinoff of one of their divisions. As part of this project there will be key work in each country where the new company will be located to support Payroll and Time. This position will work as a key member of the client SpinCo Global Payroll and Time Team reporting directly to the Global Payroll and Time PM and will be responsible for helping with the global coordination and assist countries as needed to meet their deliverable.
Job Responsibility:
Assist and backup the region leads to ensure they are delivering to the workplans and detailed tasks to support Day 1
Maintain the Global landscape inventory for Payroll and Time to population, LE status, country status, cross functional information and other important data points important for the HR workstreams
Assist with the RFP preparation process with the Global Payroll and Time PM to ensure that work is progressing appropriately based on delivery deadlines
Be the central point of contact to help the Global Payroll and Time PM ensure all information needed is being collected and rolled up timely
Report status updates and escalate issues to the Global Payroll Lead
Participate in discussions with all appropriate parties (clients, end users, cross function, technical team, global team, etc.)
Coordinate with all the workstreams within the program to ensure alignment within the countries/regions of responsibility (HR, Benefits, Finance, etc.)
Add a level of assurance around delivery, testing and cutover to support the Day 1 activities. Ensure current Payroll and Time operations teams are trained appropriately for any changes in the current landscape
Requirements:
Work Experience in the field of both payroll and time to enable understand of the project needs
Work Experience covering US, EMEA, Greater Asia, and LATAM
Experience with Payroll implementations, data conversion and payroll systems and processes
Experience with 3rd party Time and Labor system such as ADP Enterprise eTime or Kronos
Experience with 3rd party Payroll systems and vendors such as ADP GlobalView, ADP Streamline, BDO, Local Best of Bread solutions.
