Payroll Termination Manager

• Ensures integrity & quality in the end-to-end payroll process
• Ensures compliance, integrity & quality in the Payroll CFDI reporting through HRMS payroll system and PAC
• Follows up to employee inquiries in Service Now system
• Follow up to KPI's
• Promotes continuous improvement
• Performance management, six team members
• Collaborates with global, regional and local teams

• 10 years of experience in end-to-end Payroll processes and its tax compliance
• Operational experience in a shared services environment
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Proficient), Word, Outlook, Power Point, Banking Platforms
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish
• Critical thinking, detail oriented and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent prioritization skills and time management
• Able to identify areas of improvement in established and new processes
• Ability to research and solve complex day-to-day situations
• Good communication skills to ensure a flawless operation with peers and leaders
• Flexibility to work additional hours outside of normal schedule when required

• Bachelor's/University degree preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Experiencia en manejo de nóminas (procesamiento de nóminas de HC 2,000 a 5,000 empleados)
• Experiencia en proceso de terminaciones
• Experiencia en proceso de nóminas especiales (PTU, Aguinaldo, procesos anuales)
• Manejo de inglés intermedio (speaking, reading, writing)
• Manejo de excel avanzado
• Nómina in house y nómina con vendors
• Manejo de equipos de trabajo, liderazgo de equipos
• Enfoque a resultados
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión
• Conocimiento SAP

Knowledge of Oracle HRMS Payroll and Workday is a plus
