Job Description:

Our client, a global cosmetics company, is looking for a Payroll Tax Analyst to join their team! This will be a mainly onsite role working out of their office in Northwest Tampa. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment!

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle all aspects of payroll tax processing and compliance
  • Perform audits to ensure employee tax set up is accurate
  • Perform payroll tax reconciliation and audits
  • Investigate and resolve payroll variances between systems
  • Participate in internal and external payroll audits
  • Reconcile quarterly tax processing including amendments and W-2c’s

Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma with 5+ years of payroll experience
  • Large multi-state payroll processing experience
  • Experience processing garnishments
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • ADP Vantage Payroll and Time Platform experience

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • CPP or FPC payroll certification
