Job Description

Our client, a global beauty company, is looking for a Payroll Tax Analyst to join their team! This will be an onsite role working out of their office in Northwest Tampa. The successful candidate will have multi-state payroll tax expertise, ADP Vantage experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle all aspects of payroll tax processing and compliance
  • Perform audits to ensure employee tax set up is accurate
  • Perform payroll tax reconciliation and audits
  • Investigate and resolve payroll variances between systems
  • Participate in internal and external payroll audits
  • Reconcile quarterly tax processing including amendments and W-2c’s

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience
  • CPP or FPC payroll certification is required
  • Large multi-state payroll processing experience
  • Experience processing garnishments
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • ADP Vantage Payroll and Time Platform experience
