Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Tax Administrator to join our team in the Northern IL suburbs. This long-term contract position requires expertise in managing full-cycle payroll processes, including multi-state payroll administration and tax reporting. The ideal candidate will contribute to ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations for a large workforce.

Job Responsibility:

Process and manage full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Administer multi-state payroll for a workforce of over 25,000 employees
Prepare and file payroll tax reports in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
Utilize ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems for payroll processing
Maintain records and generate reports to support audits and compliance requirements
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and issues
Ensure timely payment of payroll taxes and resolution of discrepancies
Stay updated on payroll tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance
Recommend process improvements to streamline payroll operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle payroll administration
Expertise in multi-state payroll processing and tax reporting
Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors HCM
Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations
Ability to manage payroll for large organizations with over 25,000 employees
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
